You can order UBCO products through our website or one of our dealers. When you order UBCO product online, you can choose from two delivery options.
Deliver to me
Your order will be delivered directly to you. Note, for the 2×2 some assembly is required. All instructions are included in the box and you need a few basic tools. Check out what’s involved here. [link] Also note, this is a large, heavy item that will be delivered by a truck.
Click & Collect
Collect your order from your selected dealer. They will take care of any assembly for you. If you’re ordering a 2×2 this is a good option if you don’t feel confident completing the final assembly.

Goods will be delivered on business days only, between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm. We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays. Pick up times from your local dealer are at the dealer’s discretion and are to be organised between the customer and the dealer. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
When bikes are available ex-stock, you can expect your bike to be delivered within three working weeks of your order. If you place a pre-order, your bike will be delivered within three working weeks of new stock arriving in your territory.
Authorised UBCO dealers have bikes available for test riding, will offer servicing for your bike and answer any questions you may have. To find your nearest dealer, head to our dealer locator page.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE FOR UBCO 2X2 DELIVERY DIRECT TO CUSTOMER OR CLICK AND COLLECT
These Terms should be read in conjunction with UBCO’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
3.1. UBCO 2X2 OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS, SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND USE LIMITATIONS
It is deemed that you have read and understood all operational functions, safety requirements, and limitations of use of the UBCO 2×2 as outlined in the UBCO User Manual. You will be required to view and complete a digital training course on it’s operation before your product is able to be road registered.
3.2. LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
If you are riding the dual-use 2×2 on-road you will need either a motorcycle (Class 6) licence or a car (Class 1) licence. When riding on a Class 1 or Class 6 learner licence, you must display an L plate. Consult NZTA for further details. However, if you are using it as an off-road only, unregistered vehicle, you won’t require a license.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary licenses and endorsements to legally operate the dual-use 2×2.
3.3. FINAL ASSEMBLY: DIRECT DELIVERY
Direct Delivery (Ship to Me) requires final assembly by the Customer. Tools required for final assembly will be provided with the Product. You will be required to complete a digital training course on final assembly before your product is able to be road registered.

If you do not feel confident undertaking the assembly steps, you may prefer to select the ‘Pick up from UBCO Dealer’ option. The dealer will fully assemble the product for you.

3.4. FINAL ASSEMBLY: CLICK AND COLLECT
If you select the ‘Pick up from UBCO Dealer’ option (Click and Collect), the product will be delivered to the nominated dealer to carry out final assembly and pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Once UBCO has been notified final assembly and PDI have been completed, an MR2A for registration (if applicable) will be issued and dispatched and you will be notified your product is ready to collect.
3.5. VEHICLE REGISTRATION
The requirement for on-road registration must be declared at purchase. If registration is required you will be shipped an MR2A form directly when either; (i) you have completed the Final Assembly digital training course; or (ii) the nominated pick up dealer has confirmed to UCO final assembly and PDI have been completed. The MR2A must then be completed and taken to an NZTA agent for vehicle registration. On-road licensing and registration costs are additional to the purchase price of the vehicle and payable at the time of registration to the NZTA agent at the owners expense. Please consult the NZTA’s website for confirmed costs.
If you have declared on-road registration is not required, no MR2A will be issued for the product.
3.6. PRODUCT SERVICING & WARRANTY
It is deemed you have read and understood the warranty policy and conditions that apply for warranty validity, including scheduled servicing as outline in the Warranty and Service Log.
In the event of fault, damage, or regular service, all work must be carried out an UBCO authorised technician only. Where warranty is not applicable (e.g. normal wear and tear or accidental damage), the customer is liable for all service and repair costs.
UBCO’s Warranty do not detract from Customers rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
3.7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
a) UBCO acknowledges its Customers rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Further information on these rights can be found here.
b) UBCO does not accept returns for change of mind only. Any agreement to accept such a return would be solely at the discretion of UBCO.
c) Subject to the Return Process in clause 3.8 below, when processing a return refund, it may take 10 to 14 days for funds to be processed to the original credit card of the Customer.
d) Product exchanges are subject to availability of the same model of product.
3.8. RETURNS PROCESS
All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number from UBCO prior to return. Without an RA number the item cannot be accepted or processed.

a) To return any items due to damage during delivery you must notify UBCO within the time period specified in the General Terms & Conditions.
b) To return items for repair or replacement UBCO shall notify the Customer the details of the closest service location.
c) Any other returns, acceptance of such is solely at the discretion of UBCO.
3.9. WAIVER OF LIABILITY; RELEASE
The Customer acknowledges and understands that riding an UBCO 2×2 is a dangerous activity that requires various degrees of skill and experience for individual riders. The Customer understands that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assumes any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the UBCO 2×2. The Customer is aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with the specific use of the UBCO 2×2 and that this risk increases with inexperienced riders.
