When you place an order, Ubco will ship the bike(s) to your nearest authorized 2×2 dealer. They will assemble and test the bike, following our strict quality standards. Once ready, the dealer will contact you to arrange pick up or delivery. (Please note: shipping from your dealer may incur extra costs.)

Assembly and testing times may vary according to the dealer’s schedule, so they will be in touch to discuss timelines once your bike arrives at their store.


Goods will be delivered on business days only, between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm. We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays. Pick up times from your local dealer are at the dealer’s discretion and are to be organised between the customer and the dealer. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.

When bikes are available ex-stock, you can expect your bike to be delivered within three working weeks of your order. If you place a pre-order, your bike will be delivered within three working weeks of new stock arriving in your territory.


There are Ubco dealers located around New Zealand and Australia. They have bikes available for test riding, will offer servicing for your bike and answer any questions you may have. To find your nearest dealer, head to our dealers page.
